Our doctor-staffed (ALS) ambulances provide round-the-clock, safe and rapid transfers for patients who must travel under physician supervision. With experienced emergency/critical-care doctors, Paramedic/EMT and nurse crews, we maintain continuous clinical oversight throughout the journey.

When is a Doctor-Staffed Ambulance indicated?

• Patients on a ventilator or requiring advanced respiratory support

• Significant arrhythmias, acute coronary syndrome risk, advanced heart failure

• Neurologic compromise (post-stroke, altered consciousness, seizures)

• Ongoing infusions/vasoactive drugs or complex therapies

• Post-op or trauma patients who are stabilized but remain high-risk

Crew & Equipment

• Crew: Emergency/ICU-experienced physician + Paramedic/EMT (+ nurse if indicated)

• Monitoring: 12-lead ECG, SpO₂, NIBP; capnography (EtCO₂) when required

• Interventions: Defibrillator/pacing, advanced airway kit, oxygen, suction, nebulization

• Respiratory: Portable ventilator with appropriate circuits

• Transport gear: Hydraulic/electric stretcher, vacuum & scoop stretchers, spinal board, KED, stair chair

• Meds & disposables: Emergency drug kits, infusion pumps, single-use consumables

• Hygiene: Full disinfection before/after each transfer and infection-control protocols
