Scope of Service

• Within Antalya: Muratpaşa, Kepez, Konyaaltı, Döşemealtı, Aksu and all districts (Alanya, Manavgat, Serik, Kemer, Kumluca, Finike, Kaş, Demre, Gazipaşa).

• Intercity: Planned transfers from Antalya to any province in Türkiye (and the reverse), matched to the patient’s condition.

Crew & Equipment

• Monitoring & care: ECG/SpO₂/NIBP monitoring, oxygen therapy, suction, nebulization

• When indicated: Ventilator support and doctor-staffed ambulance

• Transfer gear: Hydraulic main stretcher, vacuum mattress, scoop stretcher, spinal board, KED, stair chair

• Hygiene: Full disinfection before/after each transfer and infection-control protocols

1. Intake: We collect pickup/drop-off addresses, date–time, diagnosis/clinical status, weight, and building access details.

2. Medical planning: We assign the right ambulance type and crew; add a physician team if needed.

3. Pricing: Transparent quote based on distance, crew/equipment, waiting time, and timing (day/night).

4. Preparation: Route, facility admissions, paperwork, and equipment are organized.

5. Safe transfer: Bed-to-stretcher handling, continuous vital monitoring en route, and handover at destination.
